Stepping Stones Finance Facility

The Stepping Stones Finance Facility is a partnership programme between The UBS, City Bridge Trust and The Clothworkers' Foundation. It is a follow-on loan scheme for City Bridge Trust's Stepping Stones grant programme alumni. It provides repayable finance to new enterprise activity at affordable rates and is designed to help borrowers build their businesses before they approach the main social investment market.

In 2020, under the Stepping Stones Finance Facility, we invested £50,000 in London Play Design, a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit social enterprise that designs and builds natural playgrounds for young children in London.
